Our Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) class is an exciting and dynamic training experience that combines elements from various martial arts disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing and Wrestling.

In our MMA class, you’ll learn striking techniques, grappling, takedowns, and submissions, developing a versatile skill set that allows you to excel in both stand-up and ground-based scenarios. The training focuses on developing agility, strength, endurance, and mental acuity, preparing you for real-life situations or competitive matches.

Homeschool

MMA Minis Program (Ages 4-5)

Our MMA Minis Program is designed for kids 4-5 as an introduction to martial arts. Classes will be focused on learning the fundamentals of Kickboxing, BJJ in a fun playful way. We will be practicing balance, coordination, motor skills and concentration. This class is a perfect way to prepare your child to join the kids Kickboxing or BJJ class.
